    Front desk executive (Receptionist)

    A courteous, detail-oriented candidate with professional demeanour and excellent communication. Someone who is able to make the centre feel welcoming and keep the environment around comforting for the anxious couples.

  • Schedule patient appointments, minimize patient waiting times and communicate any changes to the patients
  • Provide guidance to the patients and answer basic queries
  • Be prompt in answering phone calls, reply to emails and website call back requests
  • Take down patient information and documents correctly and register the patient. Maintain records of the same

  • Explain different processes and procedures to the patients, available treatment packages, finance plans, schedule of treatment
  • Keep a tab on patient’s test reports, liaise with doctors about the same and inform results to patients when required
  • Co-ordination with doctors and embryologists
  • Maintain records of consent forms, patient medical history details, donor details, cryopreservation details, maintain appropriate confidentiality. Help with PCPNDT document maintenance

    • Maintain smooth operations of the facility by establishing processes

    • Ensure timely maintenance, QA/QC of equipment
    • Maintain an up-to-date inventory; keep tabs on expiry dates of medicines, vacutainers
